Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
All our products also come with a 1-year warranty, giving you peace of mind if a fault develops during normal use.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition you received it
- Be unused and unworn
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Items that are damaged through use, heavily worn, or incomplete may not be accepted.

Once we receive your request, we will check that it is within the 30-day return period and email you with the returns address and next steps.
Items sent back without contacting us first will not be processed.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a free returns label.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right quickly.
All products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults under normal use.
If a fault develops within this period, please contact us. Depending on the issue, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Some items cannot be returned for a refund for hygiene or safety reasons, including:
- Hearing aids
These items may be eligible for repair or replacement only.
We also cannot accept returns on:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.
If you would like a different item, the quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

We aim to dispatch all orders the same or next working day.
Orders placed after 2pm (GMT/BST) may not be dispatched until the next working day.
Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.
